On February 4, 2026, I had the pleasure of seeing and photographing LA LOM (The L.A. League of Musicians), an instrumental trio blending cumbia, chicha, Americana, and surf music, live at Columbia Theater in Berlin. The first time I saw them was in February 2025, when they opened for Thee Sacred Souls and they completely blew me away.
The concert sounded fantastic. The band’s unique mix of genres, combined with the trio’s energetic performance, created a mesmerizing sound and an almost hypnotic atmosphere. The audience—including me—couldn’t help but dance along to their music. If you ever get the chance to see them live, don’t miss it!
